Zelda3 IQ test 2-0

I actually decided to fix some minor problems of the IQ hack to be done with it completely before also making a pdf Guide for it.

Main goal:
-fix fence of the Pyramid (since you could jump down and "into" the other entrance)
-replace pond, since you could throw away the Morning star (and thus lost it completely) and sword4 was to strong (will be replaced by big chest with silver arrows - monologue fix for those)
-fix the beginning of the Rabbit hole dungeon, so you can not drop down early and actually unlock the big lock from behind, while skipping the semi boss (or use the small key from the above floor somewhere else)
-other minor problems

It is more like 1.1 or 1.2, but decided to go for 2.0 ie 2-0 to be able to see the difference between the releases quicker.
