This is still a pretty new thing, so we're definitely open to feedback and suggestions for things like supporter perks.  This has been an amazingly supportive community, and I'm looking forward to keeping it going for years to come.

This is a Romhack of the original Sonic The Hedgehog on Sega Genesis adapted for CD quality music. It runs on Sega/MegaCD emulators, MiSTers (Sega/MegaCD Cores), and hard ware with specific EverDrives.

The soundtrack is extremely big incorporating eclectic styles from prog metal to synthwave and various latin/island genres for each theme and jingle.

Note: You may need to load cores before loading rom (.md file). Also, make sure you have whatever proper bios, cores, etc. needed to properly run Sega/MegaCd games.

Here is an updated version of the MSU-MD (not MD+) version with the latest Arcade Edition Enhanced (version 2.0).  I played it for awhile and it seemed to be fine.  I wasn't super extensive with it, but from what I've seen it ran perfect.  You can check it out if you want.  Just click the pic.
