So heres a few things i want to know and is what normally makes me give up on my projects.

First What version should I use? The USA or the U version as they are listed on rom sites or does it not matter?

Second when working with entrance and exits some of the entrances in kakariko village do not have exits and moving the entrance anywhere else places an open door where it use to be is there anyway to fix this?

Third and I think I know this but is there anyway to fix your rom when you use a door and it hardlocks other then just going back to a previous save?

Lastly how do you get rid of the text at the beginning telling you to go to the sewers to get into the castle?

I'm sure I have more questions but these are the key ones I have for now.

From what I understand you just need to know advanced hacking info regarding the game. There is a 1,000 page document around here called the compendulum, which is supposed to help you become a master hacker. You might want to try looking at that document.

The U ! version IS the USA version. And that is what you are required to use, since the EU and the J version for instance, are not compatible with Hyrule Magic at all, since they are structured differently.

Second when working with entrance and exits some of the entrances in kakariko village do not have exits and moving the entrance anywhere else places an open door where it use to be is there anyway to fix this?
These are entrance-exits. The entrance and exit are both in the yellow dot. The door-exit overlays can be fixed with the indoor editor. You go to "more" and in the special door: there is a option: wooden, bellow are the X and Y of the door overlay. Change that accordingly, X and Y are zero far left up, then then rise, X horizontally right, Y vertically down, while 2 units should be one square on the map, if you press the grid in the overworld editor.
Other option is to choose: fancy exit= none (instead of wooden), then no door overlay will appear. You can then manipulate the gfx of door houses to always be opened (that's the easy way to fix all those complex exits).

Third and I think I know this but is there anyway to fix your rom when you use a door and it hardlocks other then just going back to a previous save?
Not sure what you actually mean here. What exactly hardlocks after using the door. Sounds like a camera/scroll bug. If you enter the door while your camera/scroll is off, you will be "locked", since the scroll was false. This is fixable with correcting the design of the rooms, so that the player never reaches the so called false vertex. For instance: if lower part of the room is horizontal and upper 2 are quarters, your lower horizontal scroll can interfere with the upper 2 quarters which don't have the scroll horizontal, but are fixed to 2 quarters with a door in between. The vertex is thus bellow in the center of the room. Which means the doors must be far left of right. Placing them to close will result in scroll/hardlock bug after going through the upper door.

Lastly how do you get rid of the text at the beginning telling you to go to the sewers to get into the castle?
Which message. There is one message in the very beginning (before you reach the uncle). This is in the compendium, its a hex fix how to remove this message. There are also Zelda's messages while she is following you, also about how to get into sewers and in the sewers themselves. This will need ASM to remove (or some other non documented hex fix).

Maybe a better way of explaining this is when I enter a house or some other building from the overworld the screen will turn black and never load in. I've had it happen where I will not have even touched that entrance or the room its connected to in weeks and it will randomly happen it seems, but other then that all really helpful information and I would like to read up on that document called the compendulum if someone can find it.

Never heard of such a problem. The only possibility would be entering a dark room with no lamp, or an undocumented bug obviously.
