Every site has its ups and downs. I just started working on Zelda again after not even having any hacking related files on my computer since the end of last year. Just started whiping off the dust last night.

I have been backlogged with other games. I am not getting into hacking any time soon. I hope this Zeldix Magic becomes finished and does not become another black magic pipe dream with an unfinished alpha. I still have Breath of the Wild to get through but Fire Emblem has been bogging me down because of the weapon rank grinding.

This is the first time I've designed anything since the end of December. As they say, it's like riding a bike. Can't decide if I want it to be a dungeon where there are three one-way paths that all lead to the boss (so a different route could be taken each time you play the game) or if I wanna make it three one-way paths that each need to be completed before the boss can be reached. Time will tell.

As part of a fun project, I wanted to make a lengthier Tower of Hera dungeon where the tunnels are connected to the rooms. I also want to change the floor layout where you need to land on specific spot from a hole. Of course, positioning them would be necessary to avoid any landings that forces using the magic mirror. As for the cave sections, they need to match the rooms, but that is fine. The entrance to the Tower could also be blocked off where the hammer is needed. The theme of the dungeon could rely on the hookshot and it would be similar to Eagle's Tower minus the column puzzle. Actually that reminds me, is there any hack where the floor pegs can be walked on like in the Game Boy titles?
