Good job... another one for the collection Very Happy

I have a question about this title. The instructions says it is only for v1.1 ntsc version, but it seems like if the 1.1 version have corrupted graphics (even before patching).

Is there a way to fix this?.

I wanted to report a bug: loud buzz as soon as you reach the “fatality” image. (Like back then with pilotwings)

1.1 version have corrupted graphics (even before patching).
Probably you downloaded a corrupt rom, or use a wrong emulator.


That usually means it's trying to play a track that's not there as the PCM set is incomplete, for the moment. There are a few bugs to be worked out yet still, I think. I submitted a complete(?) PCM set to Kurrono yesterday, just waiting to hear back from him about that, then I'll start bug hunting.
Yes, there are 2 pcm:s wanted to be played when finishing, and I am not really sure what K has done.
What you need are empty pcm:s for the following tracks:
track-11
track-14
track-17
track-20
track-23
track-26

Attached are these mute tracks until K updates his pcm file

K desperately wants the intro msu:ed, with the storm and such.
I sent him an asm and patch, so maybe you need a mk2_msu1-1.pcm for the intro as well.
So please be patient what happens now...

Sorry, try the link again.

mk2_msu1-1.pcm is Babality. The missing intro music that plays with the storm is the same as the continue screen and is mk2_msu1-7.pcm.

mk2_msu1-1.pcm is Babality.
Oh I thought it was unused and mapped the intro to this pcm.
K, you need to map it in the asm I sent you to lda #$00. mk2_msu1-0.pcm
Also you'll need a mute track-1 to avoid buzz in sd2snes too for babality

You can't map it to track 7? Or do you need to mute the storm SPC's for the track to play, and that's why you need a separate track?

I got it working with sculptured software sound and storms ..im not muting that..conn said those stirms sounds are used by raiden too

oh and i cant wait UMK3 arcade with Rain fully playable.. that will be crazy.. he in reality is a reptile palette swap purple color in the intro

This starts confusing and troubling me.
So:

NEW PATCH:

mk2_msu1-0.pcm is now played during intro (storm). You need to match the timings for the sculpture-logo, thunder, flash and MK2-logo SFX, these are muted!

Relikk, if possible, please update your pcm set with track 0.

K, sorry, but what DO YOU WANT?!
I told you, it COULD be used at Raiden. You say, oh please I want it, how to make it. I made it. You didn't get it work, I fixed it. Now you say you don't want it, because it could be used at Raiden (I AM NOT SURE, I said there's the possibility so I thought you checked before I made the new patch work!?
As said it starts troubling me, so please try to tell clearly! what you want.
If Raiden or whoever uses storm/flashing SFX, and this gets muted by the new patch, I simply disable it again. I think I wait for Relikk, whether it is possible or not.

You know, also we guys in Europe need to wash, eat, go shopping, try figuring out what your desire is on MK2... so with all due respect, NO, I didn't have time yet-

Don't worry about it yet, Conn. I was just asking K why we needed a new track instead of just using track 7 for the intro, but now I know why we need to do so. Sorry for the confusion. Wink

Yes, I think most important is you check whether some of the intro sfx are re-used later in the game, e.g. at Raiden (thunder, flash).
If they are, I'll disable that again. If they aren't please make a track 0 for the intro timed with the now muted storm/logo sfx...

I think I know now what the misunderstanding with K was. He wanted the stormy intro msu:ed for MK1, and I did that for MK2 Confused

Ah well. See if track-0 works now for MK2 or whether SFX are re-used.
