There was a bug at Sea Route 19 before enter a Beach House where the game thinks a Trainer wants to battle (The Trainer is not really here).

I hope the Let's Go Switch only PCM set gets finished soon. I don't like the Anime BGM. For that matter, I'd like to have the Fire Red/Leaf Green PCM done too.

@Zumi, when I try the Pokemon Yellow patch, most Game Genie cheats no longer work. I prefer to play with Game Genie cheats. I don't know if this is the same case with Red and Blue. Can you update Yellow's code so it can work with Game Genie cheats? And now that you finished Gold and Silver, can you make the other PCM sets for Red, Blue and Yellow? I prefer the Anime pack for Yellow only and I would prefer to use either the Fire Red/Leaf Green pack or the Let's Go Switch pack.

I will be making an orchestral set similar to the preview video to silver gold. In fact, i will reuse some kanto area tracks from that one. Though that will be a may/june project. I am on break at the moment.

I woke up today and figured out what was going on in Route 19. Hopefully this is fixed.
More like day 74 of a long-overdue update Smile

If there's no more bugs to be found, Pokemon Yellow MSU1 should be ready for recording and publishing Very Happy

Zumi, I will let you release the project and create the new page in the download forums when you are ready. However though, I have not done a full playthrough and I did find one bug/glitch. So here is something interesting, so the entire time I was recording pokemon yellow I kept getting the feelin that everything was louder compared to when I recorded pokemon red. I ran the audio of both videos through audacity and even though I am using many of the same tracks in both gameplays the pokemon yellow recording is indeed louder by a small degree.

I think my theory is right that for some reason pokemon yellow plays tracks louder then pokemon red. I am going to change the pcm volume levels of pokemon yellow down on small scale and see if I like that more. I feel like the music is drowning out some sound effects when I was playing yellow version.

You could test snes9x Vs bsnes. If your finding is in bsnes only I'd have a theory... To play MSU, the Apu must be switched on in bsnes, while snes9x ignores this. Means the difference could be in initial spc volume of the Apu, that may differ between yellow and red.

If I didn't know you better and checking my calendar, it isn't April 1st... I think your question is serious Confused . Did you ever play street fighter and stumbled across Ryu vs. Ken? Vs. Means in this context, that I recommend Jud6ment to compare bsnes versus snes9x. My mobile sometimes autocorrect words to start with a capital letter, maybe that confused you.

Hey, i saw you post in multiple threads about this, i also see you have experience with NES modding, so Gameboy shouldn't be too far out the ballpark to deal with, why don't you just transplant the French text into this version of the game?
