What are you testing on? Works fine here on Genesis GX Plus. Make sure you're using the correct ROM revision as stated on the GitHub readme.

Hello,
I downloaded the Ghouls'n Ghosts ROM Ghouls 'N Ghosts (JUE) (REV 02) [!] and I checked the CRC and it's the expected one. I patched it for the Arcade OST and the X68000 one but when I try it on my MegaSD it doesn't load the game (I get a black screen). I renamed the ROM from .bin to .md and the .cue has the same name than the .md. I have the recommended SegaCD bios at my MegaSD. Can you help me, please?

Did you refresh the database of the parent folder where your MSU-MD GnG folder is stored? (Press start on the parent folder)

Yes, I did it but I still get a black screen when I try to load the MSU-MD GnG. I didn't have any problems with the previous MD+ games but I can't get this one working.

Hmm, it's a BPS patch so you couldn't be patching the wrong ROM, and the patch works just fine on my MegaSD. Do you have a screenshot of your game directory from the SD card that you can post?
I'll be posting a nice surprise in a few minutes. Pev has managed to convert the MSU-MD patch to MD+. More beneficial for people with a MegaSD. You can use that one, instead.

It looks okay, but hopefully it won't matter now.
MD+ patch is now up, and the arcade soundtrack has been converted to support MD+ features. I'll upload an MD+ version of the X68000 soundtrack later today.
