Your room is 74. Go to overworld and add an entrance (yellow dot) to a valid wall-hole or any other temple entrance. Then double click the entrance (yellow dot) and set the entrance to room 74 (under "starting location/room" in the left down corner of the indoor editor). The second thing is to add an exit in the overworld (white dot) double click it an set the "room" to 74. When you are indoors and press on the "exit" button, the game will jump back to the overworld as if you would exit in game. The button itself is less usefull. It will simply put you back in the overworld.

Note: Dungeons have entrances (yellow dot) which also need white dots. Entrances to houses don't have white dots. In this case the entrance and exit is in the yellow dot, and the "exit" button can Not be used in this case.

PS
Instead of capitalizing letters of your requests, you should instead read the Guide to Hyrule Magic, as it is all written there.

If you know what room you want your stairs to lead to, you need to put the room number in Staircase 1 or Staircase 2 in the "Room" column. I forget what determines which staircase is 1 or 2.

Most of the time you will not need to make any changes to the "Plane" column.

what is the difference between staircase 1 and staircase to?

From the compendium: Staircase 1, Staircase 2: Self-Explanatory (1 = right staircase, 2 = left staircase)

how much doors inside of the room ?

Not sure. Is 5 the maximum per "room"? Anybody?

Whether the stairs go up or down is determined by whether you have chosen a staircase with an "up" arrow or a "down" arrow.

The only difference between Staircase1 and Staircase2 is that the Staircase1 is an object, which has a lower X coordinate than Staircase2. If Staircase2 is not iserted as an object, the Staircase1 coresponds to the only Staircase-object in the room.

Logic: If the room uses Staircase1 and 2, they should usually have a "contra-effect", ie one is leading down and one up, But they can also both lead down or both up. In this case both staircases should lead to the same room, but on different places (so that the dungeon has a floor effect done right). But of course the staircases, which both lead down, can be set to different rooms as well.

Each staircase can also be set to bring the main sprite to bg1 or bg2 (ie plane).

PS
Maximum per 1 room is:
-2 staircases (+2 more, 4 in total, if you place st3 instead of special door1 and st4 instead of special door 2; st3 is staircase3 and st4 is staircase 4)
-12 regular type-0 doors (layout has to be 0 in this case)
-1 room-destination for hole/warp
-2 special doors (st3 door1, st4 door2), which lead to non-conjunctional rooms (not recomended to use, since it will only work for specific door types on specific bg)

-so it is either 4 staircases and 0 special doors or 2 staircases and 2 special doors and other combos as well (like 3 staircases and 1 special door etc).

Do the same rules apply to the staircases like that one in the ice dungeon (I think there's also one like it in Ganon's tower) which can be placed in the middle of the floor?

Yes, the staircase can be a "twisted staircase" placed on the wall, or a "straight staircase" which can be placed anywhere on the ground. Apparently the original authors realized, that they also need the latter in some cases.

Yeah what's the deal with that? I've noticed them hidden in certain areas. I'm guessing that they add some additional properties to the room when included?
