Can't confirm, stage1 plays 222 and stage2 234 - at least for me. Didn't play to Stage 3 though.

mh, Stage 1 and Stage 2 are correct for me, but Stage 5 plays Stage 4 theme... this needs to be fixed.
I played stage 1 normally as well to exclude other values through cheating, but still themes differ correctly (at least for me).

I got the song right mapped as 232.pcm. is e8 in hex..maybe its the code.. playing wrong theme..dunno

You maybe should make also a normal playthrough without Level cheating, it is unlikely but maybe level cheating affect the X register for your hook. Normal play without cheats did play the correct themes until Level 2 (intro-map-L1-map-L2). So I can't confirm xjunox bug report, but you ought confirm that, too.

I just meant music was the same for me as the orginial game. I didnt notice any difference. I only got to level 2 though so I wasnt sure if it just changed in later stages.

Make sure u have mask_msu1.msu in,ur mask folder.. where all pcms go

Ensure your rom name is mask_msu1.sfc EXACT! (and you patched a non-header rom.
You also need the mask_msu1.msu in that folder
You need all pcm:s in that folder, too.
If it will not work, I need to know your setup (which emulator) and best a screenshot of your folder.
But I need to go to bed now.

Thanks its working now. Wasnt sure if it was going to be a good game but its actually not that bad. Glad you made a msu-1 version so I would try out game. Do you think last action hero would make a good msu-1 game?
