This has already been explained. infinest develops MD+ patches only. It's up to an MSU-MD patch developer (ArcadeTV or someone else) to either port infinest's patch to MSU-MD based on his source code, or start a patch from the beginning. At the moment there is no MSU-MD patch.

Edit - Testing further (using the Genesis Plus GX core in RetroArch), there's a period of loud static between any given track looping... perhaps someone with some expertise can take a look and see if I'm missing something/point me toward a cause? Thank you!

Edit 2 - There's metadata (specifically album cover artwork) that was trying to stream as if it was audio at the end of each wav file. Thank you Relikk for pointing this out! I would not have realized on my own. :-) I will correct this at the OneDrive link above today (11/25/2022).

Edit 3 - This has been fixed for all three games - please let me know if you have any issues! :-)

Last quick update... I played through each game, including both paths in Bare Knuckle III, and all tracks work well. I didn't get the bad ending in Streets of Rage 1 as I was just playing on my own, but I am going to assume that track works OK too. I left my email address in the readme if anyone has any feedback or runs into any issues. Cheers!
