Super Hang-On

Hello Guys...

Hope everyone is OK. So I have a huge request. Super Hang On MSU-MD.

I have a Mega Ever Drive Pro and a FX PAK PRO and have been enjoying lots of MSU hacks via this website to which I am truly greatful.

One particular MSU-MD that I would be love more than anything is one for Super Hang On. This is for personal reasons. Before my Dad passed he loved playing Super Hang On and we always talked about what music we would have playing instead. So I would like to see if this is possible and I can supply my own music.

Is there anybody out there that can make this dream come true ?

The only active developer of MSU-MD patches currently is void/jvisser, and even with that they haven't been online here since mid July.

I think Dustinodell (or whatever their name is now) was planning to make a patch at one point, but I'm pretty sure nothing became of it. That was just over a year ago. Their Twitter is now only visible to followers, it seems, so I have no idea what they're up to.

Thanks Void and Retroplay since ArcadeTV gone from  the scene I have hardly seen new MD-MSU patches.   I was left with the illusion of seeing one day that patch of contra hardcorps that arcadeTV was preparing

Tested combined with the Pyron color hack version but is not working, so it is rev00 not rev01

@Retroplay Thanks! I tested both on real hardware with ED Pro. The first one seems a bit too loud. I can barely hear my own engine for example. The second one is perfect.

@jerrymh Pyron's hack is for REV00 this patch for REV01 unfortunately. I didn't check before . I just assumed everyone would make ROM hacks for the last revision of a game. https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/3868/

I have replaced the audio pack in first link (not the alternate pack).

I did a quick test of the four main themes while driving, it's much better now.
The engine and turbo thruster sound effects aren't drowned by music now.

I just tested it and I can hear the sound effects now, nice Thanks!

Tested on megaeverdrive pro and sega genesis model 2, 1hour, and seems that it works well.
But I am not the best on this game
