Ummm.... No it's not? Exact same size as the .msu file in the video only link in the 1st post. Also, he has a notes file in his set that says

I'm not Sure if its a change in the ALTTP Randomizer (last time i played w/ Some rando seeds, "v3" of thier randomizer site) but for the Eastern Palace, (using FeliKitty's FM set) the Audio of the Intro Video is playing instead of what *Should* be the intended track.

Every time i make a Seed, the Emulator of choice when i play is usually latest version of Snes9x (be standalone or part of RetroArch)

Had to make this account for a quick question. Are there other sites hosting the .ips patch file for the Japanese release of Zelda 3? The qwertymodo link seems to have been down for at least the past two months. It might be dead.

Hey guys, I updated both PCM sets that I have made for this game.

The Master Orchestral Set (my main set with standard music) has been updated with one new song for the end credits called Beautiful Hyrule that is done by The Noble Demon. I also changed the volume of many of the tracks so that the loud ones are not as loud. Volume control was the main fix, but I am not going to worry about a new preview video, the old one will be just fine.

The other change, to the Alternative Soundtrack PCM set (different zelda music throughout the game that I use for randomizers) has also updated many tracks volume levels. It also has 8 new tracks that you can see in the YouTube preview video. This one is a pretty big update for this PCM pack.

it is compatible with all zelda versions out there (including jp) and does more or less the same as qwerty's patch.

Well, I am, but there's too much music in the game to convert to PCMs to my liking, when I finish the Cartoony styled covers, I'll upload them to my Google Drive for anybody to convert them, will that work?

You could, but i don't know if anyone will convert them. I think if you want this done you will have to do it or pass on the idea
