Mercurial Magic

Anyone who has tried an MSU-1 patch knows that it is a pain to get it to work, and anybody who has made one knows it's an even bigger pain to get it to work everywhere.  To help minimize this frustration, hex_usr has created a tool designed to automatically handle MSU-1 patching, applying the ROM patch, properly renaming all of the files, and even generating the correct manifest file automatically (higan manifests only, bsnes-style XML manifests are not supported).  This should make the process much simpler for end users and hack authors alike.
