has anyone made any asm's for items or any mechanics that were never posted on this site?

It contains asm codes which can be used by a Parallel Processor.

I'm not sure whether Euclid wrote an ASM for this, but there is already a room header tag labeled "Kill boss again" that already does this. That said, I can see such an ASM coming in handy if you want to use both room header tags for something else.

Not really. The "Kill boss again" tag only works if the dungeon is Agahnim-2. What Euclid did, is that he traced the byte which controls this. So he changed this byte so, that the tag works in all dungeons. Now he used the tag in the boss room. But do note: kill boss again means that the pendant/crystal will not drop and you are able to pause. Both of which do not happen in PW when you defeat the boss, so there was something altered additionally to allow the pendant/crystal to drop.I'm not sure whether Euclid wrote an ASM for this, but there is already a room header tag labeled "Kill boss again" that already does this.

that is one thing that bothers me about the programming. the pause stun when defeating a boss. it is more a problem when fighting trinexx because you cannot pause when you destroy one of the heads.

This is a separate issue. You can never pause during any "explosions" of bosses, since a complex code is in effect. Thus you can not interrupt it with pausing. When the head is gone you can pause again.because you cannot pause when you destroy one of the heads
