I found a glitch in the second sewers room with deep water, if I jumped in a certain spot, it would put me in EG, therefore I could skip the entire game without manually arming it.

Crap me, i just entered the dark world after defeating Agahimn, .... without the fricking MOON PEARL..

Any way i can hack myself the moon pearl in order to continue or is it just a huge waste of time?

Yeah, it's over. Since now the Moon Pearl is back in light world and in a dungeon with permanently sealed doors. But to save yourself the trouble to play from start again, use some cheats to either be able to get into the castle, or just cheat for Pearl directly.

Cheats will rewrite RAM

You need an emulator for that, or any device capable for rewriting RAM,
otherwise you can not cheat.

You mean snes9x 1.58 emulator.

Then yes, obviously, since this emu also has the RAM-viewer. The cheat section will accept direct RAM and direct ROM changes, meaning you can use 7E codes and also "shark" codes, which are basically SNES addresses.

Note: some cheats will give you bugs or not work (ie, can not have sword1 without talking to uncle etc).

Great, that's awesome!, i'm not a huge fan of cheats but this time i willing to make an exception, but damn this ROM has some major flaws.
