So... are there any news yet regarding these gfx, and are we ready to release soon...
3. The rod graphics are shared with both rods (fire/ice).
4. The hammer is missing four tiles.
I would say insert this gfx and that's it. You can simply leave the Rod and the Hammer the way it was before, or implement them (if fire rod is fire mushroom, the ice rod would simply be a blue mushroom - no problems here, and if this is not ok, simply leave it as before). Same with hammer, either leave it the way it was, or insert this+ redraw these 4 missing tiles. Either way the Alien, Obi and Bat can be inserted.

If other tasks are completed, this is it then and this game will finally gets its deserved attention from the crowd.
No need for additional gfx, specially if someone wants to be paid for it.

However, my respect that the game is worth it for you to spend cash on it, however I'd prefer it to be complete fan made and profit free. But since that already happened we should wait and curse that guy for the next delay

Here is a surprise for you guys. I've been trying to get an artist to do some official game art for the game. I literally emailed like 10 artists and nobody was taking submission, but finally I found someone.

There is the rough sketch. I suggested to the artist to add in the weed leaf and beer mug.

If you think anything more will be edited in 1.1... forget it. Especially when it comes to the intro screen.
Seph will release it anytime now whether or not you get more gfx. This project is finished!

awesome looking art erock!

will wait for any final gfx and release it once its done. both here and at rhdn.

@conn: had to edit the titlescreen date a bit. was easy enough, was done directly with yy-chr, so I didn't need to bother you ;-)

1.1 changelog:

Overworlds:

- Bouncing against walls in overworlds disabled (caused hdma glitches)
- Ganon batcave event fixed (bat gfx didn't appear properly)
- Restored Trixie dialogue after releasing bees on her.

Dungeons:
---------
- Stormtrooper Falling Animation added
- Feather softlock when using it against spike blocks
- Deku Seed platform now green like it was supposed to be
- If you fall in a hole as bunny link, you reset as a bunny again
- Vaati despawning out of bounds glitch fix
- Added Patty message about swords...!
- Jedi Academy exploits fixes when using boomerang
- Parallel Tower ruins swimming through walls fix
- Added exit to Underverse (instead of always spawning inside with no way out)
- Underverse bosses rush now all respawn properly after dieing (yep)
- Underverse mouldrum fix if you move down in screen and kill him
  (if you killed him at the bottom of the screen, his head didn't die properly)

Other Changes:

- Added [Name] tag for first boss dialogue (instead of always being named Conker)
- Longer ending screens timer between slides and new msu-1 voiceovers
- Better Star Wars intro scrolling msu-1 voiceover
- Disabled hdma effect when using the tardis key
- Disabled item switch on shovel and hookshot use (to not let the tail vanish @_@)
- Changed tons of enemies and other misc graphics
- Updated the release year on the title screen to 2017
- An Electric Barrier now lies next to Ganon's hole in The Lost Woods
  (You need at least the green light saber to annihilate it and go through)

After watching superskuj's play through of the latest version of the game here are my comments. I also made a in dept video that will be posted soon.

1) Foxtail in chest graphic need updated just tell me the requirements (how many colors)

2) Another version of the fox tail needs to be drawn for Conker's walking North direction.

3) Subway dungeon floor tile needs to be drawn better.

4) Galaxy guide item coming from chest has some strange reddish/brown color in it.

5) Weed effect is on when coming out of weed factory. Change is so that the effect stops upon leaving the weed factory.

6) Shirt graphic not changed in item menu. It's your choice on this Seph. You can keep the current shirt or change it to the new version.

7) Arrow graphics show up when it should show slingshot pebbles.

8) Arrow sprite pick up ammo graphic is not the same graphic as actual ammo shot out graphic of the crossbow.

9) Alien babies are blue when they should look pink/flesh color.

10) New firerod graphics not implemented. I'm pretty confident that the new graphics will be awesome.

11) Dr. Who telebooth in cloud dungeon (Garden of Eden) has no purpose?

12) The thor hammer graphic from the chest looks all blue and orange. Once the new graphics are drawn then change the chest graphics to reflect the actual colors of the in game hammer.

13) Remove that one wall in castlevainia dungeon.

14) Color palette of the robots looks off in the Castlevainia dungeon. Looks almost like an NES graphic color palette. Just make the color palette better.

15) Red tile dig shouvel glitch when getting deku seed plant.

16) Cant get through the room backwards with the bumpers and pegs hookshot in Jeti dungeon.

17) Deku platform is still red dispite that in the changelog it cliams to be green in some dungeons.

18) That one room in the jedi dungeon with ring and platform needs to be redesigned.

19) Some of the door ways have like glitch graphics in the rift, anyway to make look better?

20) Bart does not look at all good. Needs to be fixed/changed. Anyway to add another Simpsons character in the Simpsons outside area so it doesn't feel so emtpy?

22) Firerod dungeon remove pot on that one puzzle to avoid that one glitch were you push the block then pick up the pot. Basically the pot north of the block that you push on the floor button. Just delete that pot and all is good.

23) I don't like those two mimic rooms in the parallel dungeon. Find better dungeons designs that I've made or I can custom make something. These two rooms just give me a bad vibe.

24) Poki is blue in triforce dungeon and these colors just look bad. The colors need to be changed so that the enemy looks better.

25) Pushing blocks down a room that repeats over and over like those physically impossible rooms that fall down upon each other over and over. What would happen if you accumulate too many blocks by continuously pushing down blocks. Maybe possible in dev hideout.

26) Triforce shrine duplicate puzzle pick another one. You know, the sword beam puzzle. It would be great if we picked another original puzzle so that the player doesn't already know what to do upon seeing it. It offers nothing new to the player as the player has already done this earlier. As soon as the player sees this, they already know what to do since they have already done it.

27) MSU1 narrator voice starts up too quick upon beating the game and is too quite compared with music. And the Conker voice is too loud is comparison.

28) The Armos Knights in the boss rush have not been turned into the big adult alien. I want an adult Alien to be in the game somewhere and this is the only place I see where it can be put that I know of. The Armos Knights are just using their original graphics and the Alien graphic would look really nice as a replacement. It can't be a Conker game without an Alien from Aliens.

29) The blue bumper and warp tile glitch. You can either physically change the room and move the warp over to the left or put a small rail in front of the warp to block the player from bouncing into it.

As far as the new graphics goes, once I have all of the graphics from the artist I will submit them all at once.

Something more quite nitpicking: the first sign (that outside your starting room) says still conker v1.0

15) Red tile dig shouvel glitch when getting deku seed plant.
Can't see skuj's titch anymore and just tried to dig the deku seed and for me it was normal...

Anyways, all released games have bugs and glitches left, Erock this is not avoidable. You cannot test the absence of bugs. We did a damned good thing with 2 beta test phases and we fixed, I'd say 99.99% of bugs. This game is almost on a merchandise standard!

I wonder how to describe Erock's involvement in this project on this specific issue. Maybe: "Telling the actual author of the game how to make his game."

I don't think his involvement in the Conker could be described as "spend 8 years of his life on this" as posted right under the first post on Rhdn. How can "2 years of giving suggestions" result in "8 years of dedicated work on the project" I wonder, when in fact the game was made by someone else completely.

Maybe you are not realizing that the experience when playing through this Conker game was pretty much the same in 1.0/1.1.2. So if all the above is done it will again feel the same in 1.1.3 and there will always be problems (slot machines/table in Casino on their left side almost entirely cover Conker when he gets close - but the supervisor already said this is not worth fixing). That's why a project has a supervisor, otherwise a team work will fall apart from all the contradictory ideas/wishes.

@Conn if you look at my 38 min long video above you will see the red tile at the 14:09 min mark. It's the tile to the right of the deku plant tile.

Also I've been thinking of solutions to the bumper and warp tile glitch. Why not place a small sprite in front of the warp like a person you can talk to. Either this or change the objects tiles in the room to allow for this glitch not to happen.

Yes, I understand that glitches will always be in games, however even if you don't decide to fix the ones that I'm referencing at least you can know about them and be aware of them.

Also now that I'm thinking about it it was a really good idea to put that electric barrier in front of the gannon entrance. I forgot that you can still use the N,S,E,W passcodes in that area to get to places even though you haven't acquired that info yet. So you could try and get to gannon with no items at all. (don't know how far you would get).

Are you sure you are playing the latest version? I fixed this ages ago and did a quick re-try and it says 1.1.
Oh my, sorry Embarassed saw a video on youtube where it said 1.0 - it wasn't the actual version I suppose Very Happy

I forgot about the items in which dungeons stuff, can somebody clear me up? If the barrier is breakable with the hammer you can get to Ganon already after D7 (?) - but you need for sure have Eden's crossbow (also D7 (?)) to defeat him... if this is right, it should fit perfectly Smile
