Zelda 3 Magic Regen ASM code. (Solved)

I would love this, have the magic regen from parallel world in link to the past, I would think alot would want this but I can never pin down a patch for it, Ideally I saw one mentioning that meter autofilled and the regen is increased if the Book of (something) is equipped~

Since I know nothing about writing a ASM patch it would be amazing if one could be posted here to grab and share~
