For G+GX your ROM and CUE files need to have the same name. That should sort it out.

Make sure the CRC-32 value of your patched ROM is A44CA394. You can drag and drop your patched ROM into this website to check: https://emn178.github.io/online-tools/crc32_checksum.html
I just noticed that the arcade audio pack is outdated. There's no loop information in the CUE file. Here is an updated version.
