Sonic 2 MSU-MD Soundpacks

I created 1 soundpack based on the Sonic2_MSU-MD_v0.9_ArcadeTV patch with the Masa Demos for the most part, but it was necessary for me to get some better quality tracks from the Sonic 2 HD soundpack and some Yotube remasters, such as Power up, Invincibility, Opening and etc.
And I created another pack with a mix of the Masa Demos and the Sonic 2 HD soundpack, where I chose the best tracks based on my personal taste for the game.

I think that, that patch has an error on the last stage.  Is documented on the log of the patch. So ArcateTV is no longer on the scene

I worked on a sound pack to, but also needs tweeks on the track loops. You can check here.
Still the 0.9 patch needs to be fixed to

Unfortunately I don't have time to fix the jumps sound on the extended loops, maybe someone around here has the time to do it. Anyway I'm leaving it here since I don't plan to work on it anymore.

Hello, I'm new to the site and I would like to know if someone who has knowledge of romhacking can make me a patch for Sonic 1, I know there is already a patch that has the game's songs in CD quality , but I would like to do it with my patch, because I would like to put the versions that I would like to be the versions that I have. Thanks.

Just replace the tracks with the ones you want to use for the existing Mode 1 hack. It's really that simple.

How could I do that? I don't really know anything about homracking, especially about the MSU-MD.

I haven't seen any MD+ variants of this patch or any other SONIC game - maybe it's time to review this...

Then could make an MD+ with the versions I have here? I send the link through the MediaFire server and you see if it will work. I didn't know you were active, because I had never accessed this site before, I came here just to ask someone to do this type of hack, since I have no knowledge on the subject.

yes, that's the plan.

1. Sonic 3D Blast Director's Cut (almost done)

Once the MD+ version is ready, you can manage every aspect of the soundPack in the .cue file yourself.

As you can see from the Mega folder, I've started preparing tracks from Masato Nakamura's demo's, with optional (or preferable, whatever way you look at it) speed corrected versions for Sonic 2.

Nice, thank you! I'm curious how the speed up will work on MD+, I plan to calculate the correct seek time for the higher-speed music and then jump to that instead of restarting the song.

Ah, I wasn't actually thinking of that, but rather that Nakamura's demo tracks for Sonic 2 are much slower in tempo than the tracks used in the game. I suppose they can be used as test tracks for that purpose, though.

I have an idea for Sonic 3 songs, if you don't have any:; Use the songs from Sonic & Knuckles Collection only in SC-88Pro, I found these versions very interesting to hack, is available on the Church of Kondo YouTube channel.

Could you do a reupload of your masa demos soundpack (the 1st one)? The original has been taken down

I don't know if you've seen it, but the Demo versions of Sonic 2 came out on the Church of Kondo channel with the speed of the original game with some new songs recreated to look like the Demo versions, such as Title Screen, Drowning, etc.
