Chrono Trigger MSU 1 for MAC

Hi I am new got everything ready to do the MSU hack for Chrono Trigger, but need a work around for msupcm.exe because I am on the iMAC Pro.

I have everything else ready to go.

We actually have it for download with the songs converted to pcm on the Chrono trigger page. That would be simplest, just look for the Blake Robinson pcm set.

My PC setup works perfectly, but I don't understand why I couldn't make my MAC setup play the CD tracks:

The patched rom runs, but the music track is still the original tracks.

it may be the emulator (or version of emulator) you are using. could you give us some more details?

I am running OpenEmu Version 2.3.3 on Ventura Version 13.2.1

I patched everything over on Window, paste over the patched chrono_msu.smc to my MAC M1, then downloaded the pcm here on this site.  

My Window side I setup everything step by step per tutorial documentations, converted the audio file myself and the hack is working perfectly.

it seems openemu might have different snes cores? try changing to snes9x or bsnes if possible?

OpenEmu doesn't support MSU-1. I have to use RetroArch if I want to play MSU-1 games on my Mac.
