The 1st screen is basically the same as in alttp.

Save and continue
Save and quit

The third choice is the same as the second choice (save and quit)

Whats the 2nd screen all about? You are stuck on that boss?

Not really. It is a simple text change.

The blue pill (from Matrix) means Save and Continue. Not sure what Morpheus meant here: either for Neo to stay in Matrix or to leave it. Probably the first.

The red pill (from Matrix) means Save and Quit. Forgot again what Morpheus meant here. I believe Neo wanted to know what Matrix is and the blue pill was a "Cancel" pill (if I remember correctly), while the Red pill was "find out what Matrix is" by leaving it.

The third option: "F this game", previously also: "Snake, snake" is Quit and don't save. This one maybe is the most spoof-ish. Well it is a spoof hack afterall.

Just press the B button (sword button) to use the Fist attack (new ASM hack) since you have no sword yet, and fist the Beam back at Agahnim/Ganon, and thus defeat him with his own magic.

Both options are still in the game. One is the select menu and snake is when you die.

When you die its:

-Save and continue
- Save and quit
-Continue without saving (snake)

I'm kinda confused with this spot, I assume you have to activate the switch with either the boomerang (too short) or a frozen zombie (falls down) ?

Going back to the other worlds doesn't help me either from what I've collected so far. Either I'm missing something or I just do something wrong.

There's two different items you get in that dungeon. You are missing the slingshot. If you wander a bit using your map you should find a room with fishes, inspect the grandfather clock in that room for a hint to get the keycard needed for the slingshot!

The tardis in the sky dungeon doesn't do anything.

To find the stargate which contains most probably the hardest and longuest puzzle in the game, you have to dive under a warp somewhere in the overworld desert areas. I'm sure I don't need to tell any more details for you to figure it out!

If there is an in game clue to find the stargate room then point me in that direction. If not then where might I go?

In the desert, there is a small pond with the warp on the water. Instead of using this warp, dive under it. And you will come out at the Stargate.

Is there any means of interacting with the "fake" tardis in level VII? Or a way to repair the tardis since the game alludes to that? I've collected the 20 rings on multiple files and talking to the doctor doesn't seem to trigger anything.

Talking to the Doctor does nothing. This is just story.
When having 20 rings you need to talk to the ghost of Obiwan and use the Triforce medal while standing in front of him.

In the complex room with all the spikes and a peg switch do this: hookshot right, place deku seed, run into it with shoes to bump it all the way up, unleash deku beam to hit the switch, hookshot up, go left. Hit the switch, go once down. Place seed again and hit it with shoes again to throw it up again, unleash beam again to hit the switch. Now you can go down into the new room. This path will lead you to the new area of the dungeon with the big chest.

i got all 9 rings, and 4/5 keys for the chris (what?) room, i noticed in the room the door that leads to level XI next to level V or retro land i see there is a portal but i dont know how to get to it, i used the deku seed, and i noticed there were two torches where you use a deku seed at, what can i do and does this portal actually lead to the last key i need?

I think this particular warp is for the heartpiece, however all 5 keys are in those Tardis connection rooms, similar to this one.

Go to the desert and perform the algorithm from the Galaxy book to come to the Triforce shrine, which has quite a lot of items, including the sword-4 and harp.
