Parallel Worlds Title Screen Editing Empty Parallel Worlds Title Screen Editing

Ok, so this is probably a long shot, but is it possible to edit the Parallel Worlds title screen to update the date to 2016? I know it's using BG tiles instead of sprites like vanilla, I did the same thing with aLttP DX, but it seems like the data has been moved and like many other things in PW, HM can't open it anymore, even with the view decoded patch :/

Wait, I just found this post from when I was doing it for DX. Maybe I can edit it in hex after all without HM.

Yeah, doing it outside of HM is probably a good idea. With a hex editor you know exactly what you are going to get, with HM you do not.

I'm finding out that the V-RAM viewer in No$sns is pretty handy for tasks such as this. It's taking out a lot of the guess work for what I'm currently trying to accomplish.
