Thanks also for sharing the raw files. I already downloaded it here. Soon, me or someone else will be able to edit them to work in a loop.

I checked the matches and noticed that the four remaining songs that are missing for the MSU-1 pack to be unique with your job are those of the ending scenes:

35 - The Hell of Civil War (Ending 01)
36 - The Crests Are Hidden Forever (Ending 02)
37 - The Throne Refused (Ending 03 & 04)
43 - Memorial of the Fallen Ones (Cast Referral)

So, when you have the opportunity to remaster them, it will be a pleasure to play the game with a pack with your versions only.

In a first search, I did not find on YouTube any new version for "The Throne Refused (Ending 03 & 04)". I updated the spreadsheet with the ArcadeTV filenames and the original references. I put the first new versions found for the remaining songs. If there are any more interesting, please indicate there or here.

ArcadeTV also made 3 versions for the theme "Beyond the Colosseum (Altar)". Which one could enter?

This is the most up to date file I could find, though it doesn't have the correct hexes, it sure has the perfect loops and fades!

Sorry for the sequential posts.. I'm in a hurry and just wanted to post before I need to be off to bed..

There are some tracks that I need to correct, so when I find the time to get back to it, the whole set needs to be re-released anyways. When I convert spc to midi some notes are off. Usually that's no big deal but sometimes I struggle to get the note right. There are 2 or 3 tracks suffering from that and need to be corrected.

I used Miroslav Symphonics and made the first couple of tracks in fruity loops studio before I switched to Ableton Live. If anybody here is into making music, please get in touch. The hard part of setting up the tracks is already done so only the arrangement has to be made.

There are 3 Versions of the Coliseum-Track because it evolved somehow... The V3 is the latest, I just couldn't drop the others ;-)

kurrono, I don't want to go through anyone else's project unless it is OK to give my cooperation. And that's why, when Conn released the patch, I started to search for alternative tracks to those made by ArcadeTV. Apparently, there will be no substitute for all themes, but it worth a try.

I fully agree that if ArcadeTV will finalize the rearrangement project soon, no matter how long it takes, we can wait. He already showed the progress and we know that it's gonna be excellent.

Alike all I hope Alex will find the time to finish up the remaining tracks. Alex skills creating midis are superb!
But I also know that some people also like to have a orchestrated set (and having multiple sets is desireable I think to cover everybody's taste) - so I also hope that we can provide 2 sets with the second one orchestrated as much as possible, and substitute missing tracks (where no remastered can be found on youtube) with those by Alex / native spc pcm:s or whatever...

Either way, much thanks for all your efforts on this project. As things stand, this is my last msu hack (really!)

I made a PCM set from that Benoit Adam 2015 Remix if anyone wants to use that for the time being, or if anyone wants to do some testing. Just be aware that there's not enough tracks to cover the entire hack (14 PCM's available out of 30 total).

I wait for a complete set until I post it in the database, I hope dani can find remastered stuff for all tracks, if not I think it is a good idea to make it a "hybrid" between the tracks which can be found and Alex' midi remasters. In any case I am looking forward to Alex completing his work, too

Track 24 is almost ready, though it needs some finetuning.

I've had some issues with track 24 and I was able to solve them yesterday evening :-)

Details: Sometimes when you use the midi notes from a spc, certain sections are transposed to a higher or lower note value due to the sample that is used. While conducting a track you will have to adjust those sections by hand in order to sound right - sometimes this is not too easy and you have to listen to the result several times until you find all non-harmonics.

Now, only some driving percussions remain to mark this track as ready.

I will finetune the tracks in the upcoming 2 days because I'm not happy with certain parts yet, plus I know for sure I will find some dissonant sequences. Anybody willing to help? Just listen to all the WAVE tracks, write down the filename and the time of the part that sucks and post it. Thanks!
