Have not played it, but its a fairly famous digital novel + a translation patch was highly requested for many years. This translation uses MSU1 features to add the intro video from the PC Engine version and some voiced lines late in the game.

What a great find my friend, I was crazy about this game and, if in English it's hard enough, imagine playing it in Japanese, then it's impossible, right, heheheh!!!

The translated game doesn't seem to work in BSNES (regular, plus), just a blank screen and as such I doubt it'll run on real hardware.
Can someone test ?

Never mind, at least for BSNES, bml file is required to start it.
