However, from what I understand from the readme, they don't want this game/patch mentioned or redirected in any way there in romhacking, I think here on Zeldix it won't cause problems, said that, this is the biggest and best place in the MSU1 question !!!

Yes, let's see if they want us to have their patch hosted (or to edit the original post).
I briefly looked into the code and it seems there is no sd2snes pcm ready check, so I doubt it will work there (not sure though).

Edit: I think the sd2snes wait-ready loop is inside, however full volume is set before this loop, so it may give an awful noise.

I played about 01 hour and it worked perfectly on the SD2SNES, including the FMV intro worked beautifully, really good.
