New patch, but what does it do?

Its a mega man x msu1 patch, but its very vague and does not tell a person what it does. Can anyone figure out what it does? Just wondering.

It seems like a patch to bring Megaman X a bit of "megaman 10" flavour, since in roman numerals X = 10.

From what I can tell reading there are some slight changes to music triggers in at least one stage (sigma 1?) and the sound test has been expanded to have all the new tracks

That is what I though also. It was very hard to understand what it did or does. Thanks for your clarification.
