Ummm...... This game even with the fastrom hack still chugged. Added unlocked fighting time for extra speed boost but at times chug. It plays as well it can do. Improved controls hack add too. Honestly this game is in dire need of a revision and/or fan made decompile and reverse engineered rebuilt.  Apply on Japanese version of said game. Have fun?
