I highly recommend Alcaro's Floating IPS over beat, as he managed to figure out a much more time-efficient delta patch encoder algorithm (doesn't really affect the patch output, just the speed of creating it).  Also, he intentionally copied the LIPS GUI for the benefit of people who hate any kind of change for any reason Razz

For unknown reasons, all byuu's tools are giving the 404 error, so they can not be downloaded. We decided to reupload some of the vital tools to other servers and link to them, specially the patcher and the assembler.

Basically, he did a sever migration and the tools didn't make it up on the new one. He's not intentionally trying to take them down.
