Rockman & Forte, a game that wouldn't be available outside Japan until it's port on the Game Boy Advance.  This game takes place between the 8th and 9th entries of the Rockman (Mega Man) series despite it being on the Super Famicom with sprites and animation from the PS1/Saturn.  This entry ( or, maybe side entry) was a little different as this was the first time another character besides Mega Man was selectable and Wily was not the final boss.

And, although this was ported to the GBA there were some people who wanted to have the Super Famicom version translated with a more faithful translation.  So, there were a couple that had started but never finished, except for the group Aeon Genesis which had a finished translation in 2002.  About 21 years later Blade133bo came out with an addendum which added a revised title logo, replaced the japanese mini logo, and fixed some textual errors.  There is also a patch by Puresabe called Multiple Equipment which allows the player to equip as many parts as they like without a limit.  And finally, MSU-1.  (Although there is the Player Switching patch, it was not added because it felt like it would have taken away from how the game was originally made to be played.)
