How to begin my own Zelda 3 hack ?

Hello there guys, I'm new on this site and I want to begin to work in my own Zelda 3 hack. I have a lot of ideas and want to learn about Hyrule Magic and all the stuff  

So, let's begin with my first question :

You basically need to read these 2 documents in order to understand how Z3 modding works.

You also need to obtain the necessary programs:
Hyrule Magic (main editor), HxD hex editor, zcompress (for decompression of GFX), YYchr (GFX editor), SNEStuff (address calculator and Hex to SNES address converter), xkas (ASM inserter), Lunar IPS (patcher), snes9x (emulator/debugger/tracer) etc.

Im also new to this site and pretty new to rom hacking (only really done sprites before) also wanted to know about the tools, so this was very helpful. Thank you! Also just out of curiosity is there a discord or something for the community to chat about what there making?
