MSU-1 audio importing plugin for Audacity

What it does:

This plugin allows Audacity to import an MSU1 formatted .PCM files with the correct settings, without needing to go through the "Import raw data" process.

Install instructions:

Locate your Audacity install location, and drop this file (MSU1-Importer.ny) in the "Plug-Ins" directory.
Start Audacity.
Go to: Tools -> Add/Remove plug-ins...
Locate "MSU1-Impoter" on the list, and set it to "Enabled."
Click OK, then restart Audacity.

How to use:

Go to: Tracks -> Add New -> Stereo Track
Now that there's a blank stereo track, go to Tools -> MSU1 Importer.
Select the MSU1 formatted .PCM you'd like to import.

You MUST have a blank stereo track to import into, it will not create a track for you.

I was trying to get a plugin that would allow drag-and-drop of MSU-1 files into Audacity, but that is apparently beyond the technical capabilities of Audacity plugins.

I've gone up-stream a bit and am now trying to get MSU1 format .PCM support in FFmpeg. If I manage that then not only will drag-and-drop of MSU1 format PCMs work in Audacity, but any media player that uses FFmepg will support playback of MSU1 format audio.
