Sound driver signatures

Hi,

I made some signature files that could help in development of msu-md/md+ patches.

The repo has radare2 signature databases for the GEMS/Krisalis sound driver. I have to admit I've lost motivation a bit so I'm releasing them here. Maybe someone else can use them.

I think I'm still going to create Golden Axe II patch since I have already figured everything out for that game. The (SMPS) driver for that game is not very uniform across games. It was basically a sample project that every developer modified for their game from what I understand. So no signature db for that driver unfortunately.
