Reversed engineer Zelda 3

Hi everyone, I had found this from watching a YouTube video. From what the video stated it's a 100% Open Source Reverse Engineer clone of Zelda 3. I do not know if this means that when built it's 1:1 clone of the original without any of Nintendo code. I also do not know if msu1 would have better support on it?
