The code I used was a bit more simple than that. I found it by using steps and ledge in the cave by the church where you find the lamp (I also used that chest to help with opening this chest, this cave is a cheaters best friend).

All I had to do was activate the 'level0' cheat and it puts me under the map, I then walk under the desired location and activate the 'level1' cheat and it puts me on top of what ever I am under. Great for the exploring under the interior maps because you can use it to go back up to the floor if you get stuck

No, it is also fake (ie no warp leads to it).
This can be determined quite easy. I ran the PW Rom through so called RT (room transfer) dos based program by XaserLe, which brings all data to the end of the Rom. Then I scrolled to Header data (ie all transit is in there as well), made a search for bytes 94 00 = (room) 148 in dec. No result, until the Layer/object code. So no special transit (staircase, warp or other) ever leads to room 148. Tracing the object code, it is also possible to terminate that warp object if you don't like it in the room.

So basically this whole room is only to fuck your head up. Nice! I like that! lol I wonder how many man hours have been spent trying to find a legit way to that chest Blue1

Yeah I learned about that back in the days of the old exploration glitch in LTTP. The names of the cheats were just so I remember, "level0" confuses the game and "level1" is actually level2. It will always put you above whatever you are under, so Unless you need to pop up under a bridge without appearing on top, there is no use for level1 because level 2 does the same thing.

Shit even I'm confused by what I just said Confused

AFAIK (but somebody can correct me if I'm wrong), destination warp tiles are purely aesthetic, no functionality.  Warp tiles just send you to another room, at your current coordinates. So, nothing to reverse-engineer other than to brute-force look for other rooms with warp tiles and see if any of them are located at the same coordinates (which, as was previously mentioned, there aren't).

So let me get this straight.. If I download your hackpack I can patch it to the back up LTTP-US rom that I used for parallel worlds? Or is the GoW in that pack EU only as well?

I would do the same if I was creating levels

So what happens if you go in the door? I'm guessing it'll lead you to the Chris Houlihan room right? If you left it unlinked to a interior location?

That door and this one both go to the Chris Houlihan room, which is what I was talking about above.  I went ahead and fixed that entrance so you spawn as if walking through the door instead of the LoZ3 default that spawns you in the middle of the room as if you fell through a hole, but otherwise left it.
